Simon maintains a private practice as an attorney admitted in California and New York. He earned his LL.B. in Business Law, graduating in the top five percent of his class, and an LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law from University College London (UCL). He has been recognized as a California Super Lawyer, a peer-selected distinction awarded to approximately 2.5% of attorneys in the state.

Leila is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over 28 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Managerial Accounting, along with a professional certification in Human Resources.
