What Velinor Is Not
Velinor is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, insurance agency or broker, law firm, or certified public accounting firm. Velinor does not provide investment advice, sell securities or insurance, provide legal services, prepare or sign tax returns, or perform audit, review, or other attest services. Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax, insurance, or accounting advice.
Independent Professionals
The professionals introduced through Velinor, including CFOs, tax advisors, enrolled agents, attorneys, financial and wealth advisors, insurance professionals, and other specialists, are independent contractors who own and operate their own businesses. They are not employees, partners, joint venturers, agents, or representatives of Velinor, and they have no authority to act for or bind Velinor. Each professional provides services under their own licenses, credentials, and firms, and is solely responsible for their advice, services, work product, regulatory and professional compliance, insurance, and conduct. Legal, investment, insurance, and tax preparation or representation services are engaged under a separate agreement directly between the client and the professional.
